Hello,
I use two computers on a home network, the first one has the database
and the second computer has my PHP files
I would like to share the database with the second computer via a local network
and I don't know how to proceed, thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.2

On the first server, the one with the database, you need to left-click on the wampserver icon and then select "Put Online", so you can access the database from your other computer (therefore, you will be able to connect from your PHP pages by using the IP address of the other PC as the server name).
However, you will not be able to access the phpMyAdmin interface.
If you want to access it, you need to modify the MySQL configuration file.
I don’t remember exactly what needs to be changed, but a search on Google will tell you! :)

I confirm that Passarinho44's technique works, I just took the IP address of the computer on which WAMP is installed, a small ipconfig in MS-DOS was enough to get the IP address in question...
