Problème avec norton antivirus

bonjour a tous,
je vien d'installer windows xp prof, et j'ai installer egalement norton antivirus, mais ce dernier ne veut pas proteger ma messagerie sous outlock, le message "norton n'a pu ouvrir email protect", pourtant les reglages sont bien fait, je l'ai d'esinstaller et reinstaller mais rien ne fait, quelqu'un a t'il deja eu ce probleme.
