Advent 4211 ne prend pas l'usb de restauratio

Bonjour,
advent 4211 pas de lecteur ni de cd de restauration
il bloque au demarrage message suivant:

Windows boot manager
Windows failed to start

A recent hardware or software change might be the cause to fix the problem.

1 - Inser your windows installatoindisc and restart your computeur.
2 - Choose your langage setting and then click next.
3 - Click repair you computer

If you do not have this disc contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

apres avoir telecharger deux logiciels:BartPE et Petusb,comme indique j'introduit l'usb,demarre le pc et appuyant surF11,et lancé BartPe au lieu d'avoir cette fenetre:
cpu feature
hard disk boot prioriry (normalement je dois appuyer sur cette ligne)
boot sequence
etc
j'ai

realteck boot agent
enter setup
pouvez me resoudre ce probleme.
