Page bleu ecran noir A l'aide!!

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps mon ordinateur est lent et j'ai souvent des pages bleues et meme parfois un ecran noir!
Quelqu'un pourrai t-il m'aider? Je suis sous vista et je n'y connait absolument rien!!

j'ai fait un scan avec hijckthis quelqu'un peut-il me dire si mon pc est infectés????
