    Hello!
I contacted the Dateas website yesterday to obtain information about a long-lost friend. As you might guess, once the payment was made, I never received any "file." I then contacted PayPal (the number can be found in the customer service section on their website). Expect several minutes of waiting, but their team is reliable and, above all, attentive. I explained my problem, emphasizing that many internet users seemed to be victims of the same scam, and I’m providing you with the steps according to PayPal:

1- DO YOUR RESEARCH before purchasing a virtual item on a site; forums are an excellent way to gauge the situation. (If I had had this brilliant idea sooner, I would have immediately seen the complaints from dissatisfied users). Furthermore, for your information, virtual goods (such as files, contact details, or anything sent by email, generally any item sent by means other than by post) ARE NOT REFUNDED BY PAYPAL! And even less so by the site in question, obviously, so it’s better to be cautious.

2- REPORT the dispute to PayPal. By this, I mean to take the step (which will only cost you a little time) to either call them or do it via their website. Thus, the number of complaints or claims can give PayPal the chance at best to shut down the site, or at least to prohibit them from using PayPal for their transactions.

3- REST ASSURED, yes, you have indeed been a victim of a scam; it happens to all of us, but know that the seller will never have access to your banking details. So, there’s nothing to fear regarding fraudulent withdrawals.

If you have already been a victim of a scam via this site, or even another one, please report it to PayPal, because only a strong number of claims can help in its closure.
There you go, hoping I have provided you with a bit of clarity, I wish you an excellent day.

Thank you for this information. I have decided to file a complaint, and everyone else should do the same, or at least report this site to QUE CHOISIR so that these scammers can no longer operate their nonsense. I didn't pay via PayPal, but I will block my credit card; you never know. I tried to contact them, but they respond in English; there's really nothing serious about them!

      Hello

I'm trying to contact them, they tell me they're sending me a password recovery link: but nothing is coming, I don't know what to do anymore, I've already paid them 94 € and a bit for a report but the address of the person I'm looking for was not correct, and we can't call them

After reading about these numerous scams, I just narrowly escaped; I was about to buy that famous Ulcash card just now. Thank you for your warnings. Solange

Personally, I visited the site during a search, and I found the service a bit "easy and overconfident" (as if an unofficial company could find information about anyone just like that), and what really raised my suspicions were the purely monstrous spelling mistakes that true professionals would never make. In short, this topic confirms my suspicions...
