I posted a message here a few days ago regarding the allopass procedure + blocked subscriptions. Anyway, the problem is that the site where I want to pay via allopass doesn't seem to offer an SMS option, which brings me to the following question: are all sites authorized to accept payment by SMS? After a quick search on Google, I feel like the answer is no, but I prefer to ask...
Then, when I try to call this number with my mobile - since apparently the SMS doesn't work, at least I assume - it seems to connect, but I have some doubts about the total cost. Is it more expensive than using a landline?
Finally, is there a unique number to obtain allopass codes via SMS? Or is it specific to the site?

I'm not an expert in Allopass…. But I frequently use this micropayment service.
If the site does not offer an SMS option, you cannot enter a code purchased by SMS. These codes start with an M followed by numbers and letters. If the payment module is not configured to accept SMS codes, it will redirect you to an error page.

No, the webmaster must enable this payment method before installing their script (they can also do it afterwards, possibly).
Using audiotel is more expensive from a mobile phone than from a landline. The cost of 1.80 EUR for a code is set for a call made via a landline phone service. You need to check with your operator. Look at the call cost to a number beginning with 0899 (Allopass audiotel number).

For the cost of an SMS, it's the same for all three operators. (See Association SMS +, it's the fixed price + the SMS cost charged by your operator).
