Samsug omnia problem

HALLO EVERYBODY,
I have a problem with my omnia..I tried to change the language from german to english ... u have to wait 10 min to download then it appeared a blue screen and totally freezing ...so now i restart the phone it appears on the screen samsung omniaa and totally freezing ...
