How to couple in rail simulator

Hello,
I have Rail Simulator and I would like to know how to attach (as they say in the game)
a carriage to the locomotive?
Thank you for your answers (if possible, quick!)

    you place the locomotive on the tracks

    then take the wagon and place it on the tracks as well

    next you push against the locomotive

    then you will hear a coupling sound like "kchlingr"
    and there you go

    If that doesn't work, I have another solution.

    Uh, that's not the problem
    The problem is the mission, on the Templecombe line, where we first have to load the coal tender by moving the points. Everything goes well until I get to the wagons... there I can't couple...
