Ralentissement intempestifs, high CPU usage

Question

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps je subis de nombreux ralentissements sur mon laptop XPS M1710.
Cela survient souvent lors du visionage d'une video avec VLC ou MediaPlayerClassic ou encore sur Youtube, accompagné à chaque fois par une augmentation de la vitesse de rotation de mes ventilateurs. La video se met alors à saccader et mon pc passe en mode Inutilisable pendant un certain temps, avec un cumul d'UC à 100%, en général juste le temps de tuer les Svchost.exe trop gourmand dans le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Cependant depuis deux jours, je me suis rendu compte qu'un de mes processus les plus gourmand était ce même gestionnaire des taches (taskmgr.exe) et pouvait consommer jusqu'à 50% de mes ressources processeur.
Je n'ai aucune idée de la relation entre tous ces symptomes, j'espere que vous pourrez m'aider à y voir plus clair...

Bonjour,


Déjà 1ère chose à faire mettre à jour ta version de Vista SP1 en vista sp2 et fais moi ceci quand même : 

Pour voir ce qu'il y a dans ton PC :

Pour commencer :  faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner


Ensuite :

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau afin de voir ce qu'il à ton pc.

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre à la suite de la question êtes vous aider par quelqu'un, répondre oui. Merci.

Si pas de rapport .txt, regarder sur le bureau, il doit y avoir une icône Genproc qui renvoie sur internet avec la procédure.

Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

IMPORTANT : Poste la procédure Genproc et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

Je tiens à préciser que lorsque mon ordi ne se bloque pas, il chauffe, beaucoup, voir énormement : mon CPU fait des pointes à 89° tandis que me GPU monte jusqu'à 77° ... y a un lien à faire avec mon pc qui ralentit à mort ??? :s

La page qui vous accueille comporte en général les 12 dernières versions générées. Regardez attentivement l'heure et la date affichées dans le nom du logiciel pour déterminer celle qui est la plus récente. Téléchargez-la sans hésiter sur le bureau de votre PC. Double-cliquez dessus pour lancez l'installation.

Attention : AVPTool (tout comme d'autres outils du même acabit tels que Antivir, BitDefender Free, etc.) n'est pas une protection. C'est un détecteur et un nettoyeur d'infections déjà présentes sur le PC. Pour vous protéger efficacement contre les menaces modernes que sont les Drive-by Downloads, les Stage Downloads, les Banking Trojans, les Webstorms, il faut disposer d'authentiques suites de sécurité comme Kaspersky Antivirus 8.0 (KAV) ou Kaspersky Internet Security 8.0 (KIS).

AVPTool fonctionne sous Windows 2000, XP, Vista 32 bits. Il ne doit pas être utilisé sur des machines déjà équipées de KAV 8.0 ou KIS 8.0.

Bonjour, 

1ère chose à faire : 
Pour commencer :  faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Télécharge :

-  MSNFix (!aur3n7) et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.

Regarde bien le Tuto Ici

Ensuite :

Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué  ici ;  Choisis ta session courante.

Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le bureau.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.

Le rapport sera enregistré dans C:\Windows\ sous le nom de MSNFix


2ème chose à faire : 

Telecharge et install  UsbFix :  http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe
 
(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .
• Choisis l' option 1 ( Recherche )
• Laisse travailler l outil.
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
 
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Merci pour votre aide, apparement, MSNFix avait trouvé quelque chose, il a fallu que je redémarre pour qu'il puisse traiter l'infection seulement, après redémarage, durant la premiere étape du traitement il lui a manqué un fichier qu'il cherchait dans le dossier "incl". Le processus de désinfection a cependant terminé sans problème et voici le rapport :

Bonsoir,

Non je n'ai pas besoin de ces dossiers là il viennet avec msnfix ils seront enlevé à le fin.

ensuite  :

• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .
• choisi l' option 2 ( Suppression )
• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .
• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .•
 
•Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Puis un nouveau RSIT. Merci.

Ouarf je suis perplexe :s
Le rapport USBFix semble être "vide" et le quand j'essais de relancer un nouveau RSIT il me sort une erreur du genre : " AutoIt Error"

Ensuite désintalle RSIt et réinstalle le. puis reposte moi un rapport RSIT.

voilà pour les cracks .. mais quoi faire d'autre ???

J'ai toujours mon taskMgr.exe qui me prend toutes mes ressources, avec un svhost.exe qui s'occupe notament du son.

La seule solution serait de formater ou tu penses qu'il y a moyen de trouver d'où ça vient ? ( je suis infographiste, j'ai besoin d'utiliser mon ordi tous les jours, mais avec les ralentissements actuels de ma machine, tout à l'heure il ma fallu plus de 20 min pour envoyer un mail ... alors pour faire de la 3D jte laisse imaginer le souci ... :s )

Pour voir qu'il n'y à pas de programmes néfastes : 

&#x25B6; Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

&#x25B6; Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
 
&#x25B6; Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

&#x25B6; Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

&#x25B6; Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

&#x25B6; L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

&#x25B6; Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

&#x25B6; Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

&#x25B6; Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum


* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

Ensuite pour vérifier qu'il n'y est pas de spyware, adware, trojans, vers, keylogger, hijacker, dialer et toutes autres menaces destinées au vol d'informations confidentielles


Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)



Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.

Créé une icône sur le bureau.

Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.

- Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
- Sous Configuration and Préférences, clique sur le bouton "Préférences"
- Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
- Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :

Close browsers before scanning  (Fermer Navigateur avant le scan)

Scan for tracking cookies  (Scan pour dépister les cookies)

Terminate memory threats before quarantining (Terminez les menaces de mémoire avant de mettre en quarantaine)

- Laisse les autres lignes décochées.

- Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.

- Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".

Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.

Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complète scan", clique sur "Perform Complète Scan"

Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.

A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.

Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".

Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.

Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :

- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Préférences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
- Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SuperAntiSpyware Scan Log.

- Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.

- Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.


Regarde bien le tuto SuperAntiSpyware il est très bien expliqué.
