Sims 2: Missing Baby

Hello,

well, you’re probably going to find this weird, and it is! Here it is: One of my baby sims has disappeared! I really don’t understand why... I searched the whole house for it. Additionally, when I ask the parents to put the baby to bed, for example, they don’t do it and continue with their activities... However, the baby sim is still listed among the family members on the left. That's why I know that I didn’t accidentally delete it in "moveobjects on" mode, because I’ve already tried, and when that happens, the sim disappears from the controllable sims on the left... All of this seems sketchy... Well, thank you all in advance!! And I hope we will uncover what happened to my baby Jannie!

Oops.. oh, well I admit that could be a possibility! Thank you, I hadn't thought of that, but it's totally my thing to forget a baby in a wall.. hehe Thanks a lot again!! :)

Hello!
I have exactly the same issue! My character gave birth to twins, but while the second was being born and stayed in her arms, the first literally disappeared while still being in the family bar. The mother gave birth in a tiny bathroom (!) so could it be a space issue?
How can I find him??? :s

you trapped it in a wall or a game bug, that’s why moveobject can be dangerous sometimes, the only way is to find the code that allows you to move the sims.

My Sim's little one has already had one baby, currently a child, and today, she gave birth to twins; everything is going well, she cuddles them, feeds them, and then puts them to bed. I was going to check if they were sleeping well, and then... Max is sleeping, but where is Julie in the other bed? I'm thinking she might be somewhere else in the house, that the father took her for autonomy, but no! It's definitely not with the code 'moveObjects on,' that's for sure; even though I use it often! However, it's still under controlled Sims, in memories, the family tree, etc. When I click on a bed, it says 'Put Max to bed.' And what about my Julie!? I'm going to search again, if I find the solution, I'll come back and let you know how I did it...

Got it! I got Julie back; I'll tell you how I did it and it's really simple:

I had them move out.
And when they reappeared in the house (which unfortunately is no longer furnished), the father was holding Julie in his arms and the mother was holding Max...
After that, it's up to you to decide if you prefer your house or your baby ^^
