Bonjour,
Toute nouvelle dans le forum je m'adresse à vous car j'ai mon pc qui rame de plus en plus.
En installant ccleaner j'ai regardé les programmes au démarrage et oh surprise j'ai vu : bigdogpath ainsi qu vm_sti.exe. Après avoir regardé cela ne semble pas bon. De plus j'ai effectué un nettoyage (tjrs via ccleaner) et j'espère ne pas avoir trop effacé de choses.
Je viens d'installer et de lancer hijackthis.
Si quelqu'un se sent une bonne âme pour m'aider mon rapport est tout prêt pour vous.
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de surfer dans les forums et je m'aperçois que c'est une vraie mine d'or et de soutien.
Je vous remercie par avance pour celui ou celle qui déjà lira cette requête.

    Une fois Hijack installer, exécuter le :
    - Cliquer sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

    - Un fichier texte s'ouvre, si ce n'est pas le cas celui-ci se trouve dans le même dossier que hijackthis.exe .
    - Faire édition / sélectionner tout
    - Clic droit / copier

    - Poste moi le rapport entier

      Pour voir ce qu'il y a dans ton PC :

      Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner


      Ensuite :

      Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau afin de voir ce qu'il à ton pc.

      Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

      et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre à la suite de la question êtes vous aider par quelqu'un, répondre oui. Merci.

      Si pas de rapport .txt, regarder sur le bureau, il doit y avoir une icône Genproc qui renvoie sur internet avec la procédure.


      Voir comment utiliser GenProc

      Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

      IMPORTANT : Poste la procédure Genproc et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

    je viens de regarder sur ccleaner les programmes au demarrage et ce qui me chagrine c'est qu'il y a encore le fameux bigdogpath.
    bon vais arrêter de chercher, de regarder dans un univers que je ne connais pas bien.
    Vais attendre vos sages conseils...

      Bonjour,
      il faudrai cerchert plus en profondeur
      Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

      -> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

      ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

      Double-clique sur RSIT.exe pour le lancer .

      -> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : Disclaimer of warranty .

      * Devant l'option List files/folders created ... , tu choisis : 2 months

      * clique ensuite sur Continue pour lancer l'analyse ...


      -> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...


      Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

      Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

      Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
      Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

    Déjà, tu vas me supprimer ceci source de virus : C:\DOCUME~1\dechaume\Application Data\Azureus\torrents\-{mininova.org}-_Avast_pro_4.7_french_+keygen.rar[1].torrent

    Ensuite me faire ceci :

    Pour voir qu'il n'y à pas de programmes néfastes :

    ▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

    ▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

    ▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

    ▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

    ▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

    ▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

    ▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

    ▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

    ▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

    * Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

      Désactiver le TeaTimer de Spybot (Merci à Nico):
      Pour désactiver le TeaTimer :
      => Ouvrir Spybot S&D
      => Dans le menu "Mode", séléctionner le mode avancé.
      => Une fenêtre demande confirmation cliquer sur "oui".
      => Une fois le mode avancé actif, ouvrir l'onglet "Outils".
      => Cliquer sur Résident.
      => La partie Résident comporte deux lignes qui sont normalement cochées :
      *Résident "SDHelper" (bloqueur de téléchargements nuisibles pour Internet Explorer) actif.
      * Résident "TeaTimer" (Protection des réglages système fondamentaux) actif
      => Décocher la ligne TeaTimer.
      => Redémarrer Spybot (le fermer et le réouvrir)

      Télécharge UsbFix de Chiquitine29 et C_XX sur ton Bureau : http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe
      - Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.
      - Branche toutes tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.
      - Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau puis choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ).
      - Laisse l'outil travailler.
      - Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui va apparaître.
      Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque ( C:\UsbFix.txt ).
      Note 2 : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus. Dans ce cas désactive ton Antivirus le temps du scan.

      Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

      # Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

      # choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

      # Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

      # Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

      # Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

      # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

      ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

      Purge de la restauration système


      *Désactive ta restauration :
      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Coche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      ---> Redémarre ton PC ...

      *Réactive ta restauration :
      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Décoche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      --->Redémarre ton PC ...

        Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :

        * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
        * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
        * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
        * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
        * Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
        * Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse



        Télécharge C Cleaner [ https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ ]
        *Enregistre le sur le Bureau
        *Double-clique sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
        *Sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
        *Clique sur suivant
        *Lit la licence, et clique sur j'accepte
        *Clique sur suivant
        *Là, tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour, n'installe pas Yahoo
        *Clique sur intaller
        *Clique sur fermer
        *Double-clique sur l'icône de C Cleaner pour l'ouvrir
        *Une fois ouvert, tu cliques sur option, et puis avancé
        *Tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
        *Clique sur nettoyeur
        *Clique sur windows, et dans la colonne avancé
        *Coche la première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-là, ce qui te donnes la case vieilles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-là
        *Clique sur analyser
        *Clique sur nettoyer et sur la demande de confirmation OK. Il va falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois finit, vérifie en appuyant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
        *Clique maintenant sur registre et puis sur chercher les erreurs
        *Laisse tout coché, et clique sur corriger les erreurs sélectionnées
        *Il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
        *Tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
        *Clique sur chercher les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
        *Il supprime, et fermer, tu vérifies en relançant chercher les erreurs
        *Tu retournes dans options, et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temps de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du prefetch
        *Tu peux fermer C Cleaner

    j'ai effectué toolscleaner mais je ne peux t'envoyer la rapport car comme il restait les raccourcis sur le bureau j'ai refait toolscleaner et le rapport est donc vierge....(je suppose que le dernier écrase le premier)
    j'ai effectué un nettoyage par ccleaner.
    dans les programmes au démarrage (mais non activés) il apparait encore BigDogPath et ognowggoh...(sur ccleaner
    et le pc rame encore à l'allumage...

      J'ai fait des recherches

      BigDogPath VM_STI.EXE est son processus. Livré avec un logiciel pour les appareils photo numériques qui utilisent une connexion USB

      S'il démarre automatiquement au démarrage de Windows, tu peux faire ceci:
      Démarrer, exécuter, tape msconfig puis OK
      Va dans l'onglet démarrage, et si tu trouve BigDogPath VM_STI.EXE , décoche la case, puis valide en cliquant sur OK et redémarre le PC
      D'après mes recherches, ce n'est pas un spyware, ni un trojan, ni un virus

      pour l'autre, je vais rechercher

      fait le analyser sur Virus Total

        Je ne sais pas si tu es toujours là, je suis vraiment désolée, je n'ai pas eu d'alerte
        ce fichier est peut-etre caché
        Démarrer, poste de travail
        Clique sur outils
        Sélectionne option de dossiers
        Va dans l'onglet affichage
        Coche afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés puis OK

        Essaye de nouveau à trouver ce fichier pour l'analyser sur Virus Total
