Modification de texte avec un scanner

je suis embêté, j'ai un scanner hp scanjet 4500c et je voudrais savoir quel logiciel utiliser pour pouvoir modifier le texte aprè l'avoir scanné
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
