Pc complètement infecté

Bonjour,
Un pc que l' on vient de me passer est remplie de virus en tout genre , la personne qui l' avais auparavant n'avait pas mit d' antivirus ... j' ai télécharger plusieurs scan tels que malawarebytes', findykill, usb fix. mais le pc est tellement infecté que je ne peux pas les installé , même les scan en ligne sont bloqués. J' ai essayé d' installer antivir, même chose mais j' ai eu par magie un logiciel : system security qui a repéré mon pc et m' a dit que mon pc était infecté et ma proposé un scan.celui-ci a marché . Il m' indique 38 infections ;mais pour qu' il les suprime il faut payer . et je suis pauvre . J' aurai besoin d' aide merci.
