Bonjour,

Je me permets de vous écrire afin de mettre un terme aux ralentissements permanent de mon PC ! Depuis quatre voir même cinq semaines je ne supporte plus mon PC ! Un jour je me suis connecté sur le rézo wifi de mon collègue et mon PC a commencé a ralentir. Aujourd'hui c'est de pire en pire ! J'ai bien peur d'avoir chopé un virus !
Aidez-moi s'il vous plait !

Bonjour,

En fait quand j ai fait le scan avec Antivir j'ai désactive BitDefender car je sais que deux antivirus ce n'est pas bon. Il n'avait plus aucune fonction. Je n'ai pas voulu le remplacer ensuite par Antivir car j'ai acheté BitDefender car je le trouve assez bien. N'en voulez pas à Flo-91 je trouve généreux de sa part qu'il m'aide.

desinstalle Antivir car les resultat ne peuvent etre positifs et meme faussés !!

tu as des restes de Norton :


Désinstaller Produis Symantec :

Désinstalle via Ajout/Suppression de Programmes (si présents) :

* Symantec
* Norton
* LiveUpdate..


Télécharge et exécute le Norton Removal Tool.



Ce produit va désinstaller la majorité des traces des produits Symantec.

ensuite j ai besoin de plus d'infos sur ton systeme :

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Double clic sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

Coche la case devant scan all users

règle-le sur "60 Days"

Clic sur Run Scan.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

Clique sur Ouvrir.

Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

est ajouté dans la page.

Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

Tu feras la meme chose avec le "Extra.txt" s'il t'est demandé

Bien écoutes , mon PC était vraiment lent ! Au démarrage il bloquait sans aucune raison 5 minutes au moins (je ne pouvais plus rien faire). Lorsque j'ouvrais internet ça bloquait de nouveau ! La j'ai rallumé le PC 3 fois et ça ne fait plus rien ! Par contre c'est bizarre mais depuis que j'avais ceux problème bien les onglet de google chrome déconnaient et ça le fait toujours en revanche ça on s'en moque un peu...

En fait vous avez fait quoi là ? Par ce que je n'y comprends rien.
