Bonjour a tous: mon fils a un un portable Aspire One Intel Atom sur Windows XP. A chaque demarrage le message " C:\WINDOWS\Config\csrss.exe" s'affiche.

Je crois comprendre qu'il vous faut un log file the HighjackThis donc le voici....merci a l'avance.....

    J'ai re-initialise le portable et le message Can not find: "C:\WINDOWS\Config\csrss.exe" n'est plus la au demarrage. Cela semble avoir fonctionner. Le portable est lent au demarrage, je vais le defragmenter.

bonjour

Télécharge https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/malwarebytes_anti_malware.html MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.
Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :
Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur" Rechercher".
Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

~ Si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
~~ Si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.
~~~~ Fais redémarrer ton ordinateur normalement et poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

oky fait un rsit svp

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...

-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante ...
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum ...
( Et si "log.txt" seul, ne passe pas non plus , fais le en 2 fois ... merci ... )

( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

tout me parait propre passons au nettoyage

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :

* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs tant de fois qu il en trouve a l analyse(Sauvegarde la base de registre).
* Veille a ce que dans les options le reglage soit au demarrage de windows et réglé sur "effacement securisé" 35 passes (guttman)
* Décoche la case plus vieux que 48 h

stp poste tous les rapports delivrés

si tu as deja Ccleaner ne tiens pas compte du N°3 mais fais ce qu il est demande avec

Attention : ne pas toucher au PC pendant qu'il travaille !

B-Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques
*Nettoyage :
Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général"
Cliques sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

*Vérifications des erreurs :
Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil"
"Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
-réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
-rechercher et tenter une récupération...
--->Démarrer, ok
Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :
*Défragmentation :
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Note : si tu as un utilitaire pour défragmenter , utilises le à la place

- Fais un copier/coller de la liste de éléments "Updates". Puis poste la sur le forum.
- Une fois les mises à jour effectuées, relance ton PC.

Quelques conseils et recommandations pour l'avenir :

> Passe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et de Ccleaner de temps en temps (1 fois par semaine à 1 fois par mois, suivant l'utilisation que tu fais de ton PC. Tu peux aussi décocher la casse dans l’onglet "Options" puis clique sur "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures").
- Utilise aussi tes autres logiciels de protection (scannes antivirus, antispywares...). N'oublie pas de faire les mises à jour avant de les utiliser.
- Pense aussi à faire une défragmentation de tes disques durs de temps en temps (garde suffisamment d'espace sur C:\ (1/3 de libre pour être à l'aise))

> Pour bien protéger ton PC :
[1 seul Antivirus] + [1 seul Pare feu (/!\ les routeurs et box en possèdent un)] + [Quelques Antispywares] + [Mises à Jour récentes Windows et Logiciels de Protection] + [Utilisation de Firefox -ou autres- (Internet Explorer présente des failles de sécurité qui mettent longtemps avant d'être corrigées mais il faut absolument le conserver pour les mises à jour Windows)] + [Utilisation du PC en mode Invité (= limité). Lors d'une infection en mode administrateur le PC est beaucoup plus vulnérable. Voir ICI]
PS : En fait la meilleure des protections c'est toi même : ce que tu fais avec ton PC : où tu surfes, télécharges...ect....

  est-ce normal? et si oui, dois-je: 1- Corriger l'erreur?

- Rends toi sur ce site :

Copies ce qui suit et colles le dans l'espace pour la recherche :

c:\WINDOWS\config\csrss.exe

Clique sur Send File ( = " Envoyer le fichier " ).

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta prochaine réponse ...

( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )

slt je passe pour vérifier une chose:

fais ceci svp:

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Zeb-Restore est un petit utilitaire de restauration de clés de la base de registre. Le but du programme n'est pas de restaurer l'ensemble du système mais uniquement les points les plus souvent touchés afin de solutionner différents problèmes qui peuvent revenir de façon récurrente.

Voici les éléments qui peuvent être restaurés : coche les lignes engras
- RegEdit : réactive l'accès à RegEdit
- Clés RUN : réactive le lancement de programmes par clés RunXXX
- Bouton Arrêter : rétablit le bouton Arrêter
- Windows Update : rétablit la fonction Windows Update
- Gestionnaire des tâches : réactive le gestionnaire des tâches
- Panneau de configuration : réactive le Panneau de configuration
- Ajout/Suppression de programmes : restaure la fonction Ajout-Suppression de programmes
- Policies : remet en place des éléments désactivés par "Policies"
- Bureau : réactive le Bureau
- Réparation IE : répare Internet Exploreur (pages de recherche)
- Extension des fichiers : répare les extensions des fichiers .exe .bat .reg. Pif.cmd.scr .com
- Sites de confiance et sensibles : efface le contenu de ces zones (à utiliser si vous êtes infecté par des malwares)
- Préfixes et Protocoles Internet : restore les clés des protocoles Internet (ZoneMap etc.)
- Réinitialiser Fichier Hosts : réinitialise le fichier Hosts

Fais redémarrer l'ordi.

(prends le deuxieme miroir)
-Une fois téléchargé,tu le lances

-Tu cliques sur"ReG-Backup" pour créer une sauvegarde du registre,dans un dossier de ton choix.

-Une fois la sauvegarde éffectuée,clique sur "Fix", au méssage "WinsockFix will now attempt to Repair your connection" tu reponds par "OUI"

-Il va travailler,tu le laisse faire,à la fin des corrections tu auras le méssage suivant"Repair completed Please Reboot", tu cliques sur "OK"

-Le PC va redémarrer,

-Communique les résultats.

erreur 1068 - Suite à infection virale de votre ordinateur avec un virus du type "bagle" ou "beagle" ...

Vous n'arrivez plus a vous connecter avec votre wifi. Si vous allez dans les outils administration sur la page "services" pour activer "configuration automatique sans fil" vous avez l'erreur 1068.

Si c'est votre cas et que vous vous etes arraché les cheveux, voici la solution:

Vous devez aller dans la base de registre avec regedit ou autre.

1. Demarrer > executer > Tapez : "regedit" en ok

2. Allez sur HKEY Local Machine > system > CurrentControlSet > Services > Ndisuio

Dans cette clé il y a une entrée nommée "START", double cliquez dessus. Cette entrée doit être 3 pour que le protocole NDIS E/S demarre correctement.

Un virus comme "bagle / Beagle" change cette entrée et la met sur 4 (disable) et cause le probleme que vous avez.

Reboutez ensuite votre PC et tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre.

ok après ccleaner:

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.
--> https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/22061-toolscleaner/

# Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...
# Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
# Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

  salut jpljpl: excuses-moi que veut tu dire par "vire tout" ? tous les programmes qu'on a utilise?....
  J'ai redamarre mon portable cela me semble bien mais je trouve que la page de demarrage de mozilla est un peu lente. merci encore une fois.

oui

pour firefox c'est que tu as une ancienne version, lance le , clique sur le point d'interrogation et fais la mise à jour

  Bonjour jlpjlp: merci pour le temps que tu me consacres.....J'ai fait comme tu me le demandais, j'ai tout efface et j'ai fait la mise a jour de mozilla-firefox. Il y a t-il d'autres etapes a suivre? merci encore une fois.
