Bonjour,

depuis mon retour de vacances mon pc rame énormément , il met de nombreuses minutes à se connecter

et quand je fais de srecherches sur le net ça avance très lentement et par moment je l'entend "ronronner"

que puis je faire un ami m'avait conseillé de défragmenter j'ai essayé mais ça n'a rien changé

quelqu'un peut il m'aider

    Bonjour,

    Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

    Ensuite :

    Télécharge le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

    Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

    Renomme Hijackthis en Tutu

    Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe (tutu) pour lancer le programme

    Par défaut, il s'installera là :
    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

    Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

    Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

    Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

    Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

    Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

    Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

    Tutoriaux (ne fixe rien pour le moment !!)

    Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

    peut-etre est-ce un virus? Dans ce cas use de notre ancestral meilleur ami, notre protecteur: l'antivirus ( , fait un scan de niveau minutieux et recontacte nous.

    Bien, ton rapport hijackthis n'est pas mauvais, si tu est infecté c'est par un truc pas trop grave, pour vérif fais ceci:
    Télécharge Ad-remover et fais un scan avec,
    Télécharge malwarebyte's et fais un scan complet avec,

    Ensuite poste les deux rapports

    Est ce que le programme Quad utilities est à toi?
    Ton antivirus c'est bien bitdefender? Est ce que tu l'as vraiment acheté? Juste parce qu'il s'est installé dans un répertoire pas habituel... Si non, il vaut mieux privilégier un antivirus gratuit qu'un antivirus craqué...

    Si c'est pas un virus lance un nouveau topic dans le forum materiel/hardware, c'est peut être une défaillance quelconque...

    tout d'abord quad est un programme que j'ai téléchargé qui a détecté des pbs surmon pc mais impossible de les supprimer quant à bit dfender il était installé lors de l'achatdu pc et depuis j'ai renouvelé l'abonnement
    et maintenant je vais tenter de joindre les 2 rapports

    Ok, bon bah tu est bien infecté donc on va repartir du début:

    Fais toutes ces étapes dans l'ordre:

    1)Télécharge Ccleaner ici: http://www.ccleanerfrance.com/

    Lance l'outil de nettoyage en cochant tout, cela va supprimer tes fichiers temporaires...
    Lance l'outil de réparation du registre

    2)Télécharge RSIT ici: https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm

    Fais le scanner ton pc et poste les deux fichiers textes générés ici (tu devras peut etre les mettre dans deux postes differents si la taille est trop importante

    3)Attends mon analyse des rapports... Et on continuera ensuite

    Tu as un rogue, plusieurs adwares, des spywares et peut etre des infections par support amovibles... On verra tout ca clairement avec les rapports RSIT...

    Et si possible essaie de faire les manips assez vite parcequ'il risque d'y en avoir pas mal à faire et à ce rythme (1 message par jour) on en a pour longtemps...

    Je pense qu'il vaut mieux faire le nettoyage avec d'abord les outils spécialisés,
    Je compte d'abord lui faire utiliser Ad-Remover option suppression, puis rogue remover et enfin vérif avec malwarebyte's mais d'abord j'attends son rapport complet RSIT pour voir si il n'y a rien d'autre parcequ'il a l'air d'etre bien vérolé...

    Oui malwarebyte's est a passer en dernier , mais là il a utiliser malwarebyte's donc les infections ce trouve en quarantaine..

    Rogue remover n'est pas utile pour ce topic a mon avis.

    Mmmh, je suis pas sur que malwarebyte ait mis les infections en quarantaine sinon il mettrait quarantined et non no action taken...

    Pour rogue remover, c'est parceque j'ai vu ca: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\fcn (Rogue.Residue)

    Mais j'aimerais bien avoir d'abord son rapport d'analyse détaillé... Parfois on peut avoir des mauvaises surprises en supprimant des trucs qu'on ne connait pas...

      Moi c'est bizarre mais normallement il me met quarantined and deleted, jamais no action taken et pourtant je ne l'ai pas configuré de facon particulière... Si il me met no action taken, c'est qu'il arrive pas à les supprimer et alors je dois utiliser d'autres outils...

      De toute facon mon PC est clean de chez clean alors jpeux tester mais ca donnera rien...

    Il aurait supprimer il serait en quarantaine avec inscrit Quarantined and deleted successfully

    La il est inscrit No action Taken , ce qui veut dire que malwarebyte's , les a en "Quarantaine" mais que aucune action n'a était prise ...

    De plus , revoit tes canneds speechs et demande a ceux a qui tu les prends , si tu peut les utiliser.

    Je suis pas sur que ca le dérange mais t'as sans doute raison, je lui demanderais la prochaine fois.
    Faut dire que ca fait gagner pas mal de temps et je peux me fier à 100% à ce qu'il dit!

    Pas grave fais ce qui est indiqué aux postes 7 et 9, en plus relance ad-remover option 2 suppression.
    Poste les différents rapports, je les regarderais demain!

    Bien, ca a l'air clean maintenant!

    Fais ca dans l'ordre pour vérif

    Fais un scan sur virustotal de ces fichiers et postes les rapports un par un:

    C:\Program Files\FinePixViewerS\QuickDCF2.exe
    C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~3\GOEC62~1.DLL

    Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky ou bitdefender et poste le rapport

    Télécharge Ccleaner et nettoie ton pc un bon coup,

    si tu veux supprimer toutes tes barres d'outils internet inutiles tu peux également téléchartger toolbar cleaner.
