Comment supprimer un rootkit? (windows vista) Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps bit defender m'affiche une fenêtre m'indiquant qu'il a bloqué un virus "Trojan generic.2020384", il se situe dans le fichier "C:\windows\system32\MSIVXwvmuxwpefsnrtiwiroxtnyvgifiylysm.dll".

Cette fenêtre s'affiche à chaque démarage de windows.

Après m'etre renseigner sur internet j'ai apris que j'était infecté par un rootkit.

J'ai tenter de le supprimer mais bit defender ne peut ni le supprimer ni le reparer ou meme le mettre en quarantaine parce que l'accès est refusé.

De plus lorsque que je cherche le fichier dans le dossier "system 32" je ne le trouve pas.

Pouvez vous m'aider a résoudre ce problème.

Salut,

- Sous vista, desactives le controle des comptes utilisateurs --> panneau de config --> comptes utilisateur --> desactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs

Telecharge RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau 

- Ferme toutes les applications en cours et clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'admin.) sur RSIT.exe

- Selectionne " Continue " à l'ecran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et verifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est présent sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le telechargera >> acceptes la license

- Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent, log.txt à l'écran et info.txt dans la barre des taches

- Poste le contenu des 2 rapports

Télécharge et installe ccleaner 
- Durant l'installation, décoche la barre d'outils yahoo et celle proposant : " ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

- Une fois installé, ferme toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner
- clic -->> option -->> avancé et décoche " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h 
- Sélectionne -->>" nettoyeur " -->> clic sur Analyse puis nettoyage, puis referme le programme...


- telecharge SmitfraudFix et enregistre le sur ton bureau

/!\ Desactive la garde de ton antivirus et celle de ton (es) antispyware(s) ( si tu en as) /!\

- Ferme toutes les applications et clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'administrateur) sur Smitfraudfix.exe

- Laisse toi guider et au menu, selectionne l'option1 puis patiente le temps de la recherche

- Un rapport s'etablira en fin de scan, poste son contenu

Redémarre en mode sans échec, Il faut pour cela, redémarrer le PC.

- Une fois redémarré, après le chargement du Bios et avant l'apparition du logo Windows, tapotes la touche F8 ou F5(pour certains pc) à plusieurs reprises, pour y accéder comme sur cette image

- sélectionnes avec les fléches de ton clavier --> Mode sans Echec, puis, presses la touche Entrée.

*Une fois en MSE, Relance Smitfraudfix.

-  Choisis  l'option 2
- Réponds oui aux questions et laisses l'outil travailler
- A la fin du nettoyage, un rapport est généré, poste le stp

Puis, 

- Télécharges Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware


- Installe le >-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour

- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes

- Exécute un examen rapide du pc ( tu n'auras pas accès à internet pendant l'analyse)

- A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les resultats "

- si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "

- Si il a besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finir la désinfection, acceptes

- Un rapport s'établira, postes son contenu.

Bonjour,

Je ne voudrais pas piquer le boulot de Ced_King, mais juste le faire avancer : 

    * élécharger ComboFix (par sUBs) sur le Bureau.
    * Double-cliquer combofix.exe.
    * Il est vivement recommandé d'installer la Console de récupération !
    * Appuyer sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
    * Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt.

    * Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (le réactiver à la fin de la désinfection) :
    * Aller dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration.
    * Double-cliquer sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs.
    * Cliquer ensuite sur désactiver et valider.
    * Faire un clic-droit sur ComboFix présent sur le Bureau et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
    * Double-cliquer sur combofix.exe.
    * Appuyer sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
    * Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt
          o En cas de difficulté à dépouiller les résultats du rapport seul, il est conseillé de le poster en forum afin qu'une personne avertie vous guide dans l'utilisation et l'analyse des rapports. La "puissance" et la difficulté à analyser les résultats des rapports en font un fix à utiliser avec précaution.

pour que combofix marche il faut que tu suspende la protection de Kaspersky antivirus et firewall, sinon kaspersky le bloque.

alors j'ai réussi à faire fonctionné combofix, apparemment il a supprimé pas mal de chose dont les fameux trojan, je vous poste le rapport.

__________________________________________________________ =>/!\ ATTENTION /!\ Le script qui suit a été écrit spécialement cet ordinateur,<= =>il est fort déconseillé de le transposer sur un autre ordinateur !<=====| --------------------------------------------------------------- Toujours avec toutes les protections désactivées, fais ceci : ♦ Ouvre le bloc-notes (Menu démarrer --> programmes --> accessoires --> bloc-notes) ♦ Copie/colle dans le bloc-notes ce qui entre les lignes ci dessous (sans les lignes) : ---------------------------------------------------------- File:: c:\users\xavier\AppData\Roaming\SetValue.bat c:\users\xavier\AppData\Roaming\GetValue.vbs ------------------------------------------------------------------ ♦ Enregistre ce fichier sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) sous le nom CFScript.txt ♦ Quitte le Bloc Notes ♦ Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier C-Fix.exe (combofix) Comme ceci ♦ Patiente le temps du scan. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal ! Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. ♦ Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu. ♦ Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici => C:\ComboFix.txt ensuite : Télécharge TOOLBAR S&D ( de Eric_71/Team IDN ) sur ton bureau : !! Un rapport sera généré à la fin du processus : poste son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse ( le rapport est en outre sauvegardé ici -> C:\TB.txt ) Tutoriel ensuite : ♦ Désactivez le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs avant utilisation de cet outil: ♦ Allez dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. ♦ Double Cliquez sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs". ♦ Décochez la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. ♦ Validez par OK et redémarrez . ensuite ♦ Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau : ♦ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! ♦ clic droit sur "Ad-R.exe" en tant qu'administrateur pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . ♦ clic droit sur le raccourci Ad-remover en tant qu'administrateur qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil . ♦ Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] . ♦ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... ♦ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ... ( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log ) ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) ♦ Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Désinstallation Antivirus , Parefeu , Antispyware

ensuite fais la suite apres combofix :
