Problème Psp Video 9

Bonsoir,
J'aimerai convertir des vidéos du format avi au format mp4, pour les lire sur ma psp. J'utilise le logiciel Psp video 9, cependant lorsque je le lance j'obtiens le message d'erreur suivant :

J'ai donc essayé de réinstaller le logiciel, rien à faire ça ne marche toujours pas, auriez vous une solution à mon problème ?
