Blocked icons on mac

Hello,

since yesterday, all the icons on my iMac G5 desktop are locked. I can't move them but I can open them.
I've also noticed that copy/paste is no longer working. Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Apple menu/Force Quit/click on Finder and click on "Relaunch Finder"
    If that doesn't work: Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility/select the disk/First Aid/Repair permissions.
    Have you tried a simple restart?
