Bonjour,
encore un autre msg car personne na pu m'aider pour le moment je pense que mon pc et infecter j'ai 1 page blanche ki s'ouvre des que je vais sur internet mon pc s'éteint tout seul bref que des truc trop bizare donc si quelqu'un pourait voir avec moi que je puisse envoyé un raport se serait sympa je vous remerci

chimay j'avais norton avant pour 1 an l'abonement mais j'ai bocoup de probleme avec alors sui passer a avira et lui me bloqué plein de chose alor qu'avec norton sur les meme site me les laisser passer mintenant je ne conait pas la version 2009 je peu l'avoir en essai tu crois ? et en essai et il aussi performent ? merci
la je fait le scan avec malwerbites mais tu sais je l'avait déja et il ne ma rien trouver donc se que j'ai fait je l'ai désinstallé et j'ai remis avec ton lien mintenant l'analyse et en cour je te poste le raport des que c'est fini et merci pour ton aide

fais ça stp:

Fais un rapport hijackthis pour que je puisse vérifier les infections de ton pc stp

*Télécharge http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe


Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

Ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

dsl pour l'absence, je faisais autre chose :D

Le seul truc que je trouve bizarre, c'est ça:

bien,

je reprend ta désinfection
par contre évite d'écrire comme si tu étais sur un gsm!j'ai du mal à te lire

tu as le ver koobface

on va d'abord essayer un tool générique avant le canon

/!\IMPORTANT/!\
Désactive l'UAC (User Account Control ou Contrôle de Compte Utilisateur) le temps de la désinfection,tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection:
• Va dans Panneau de Configuration puis Comptes d'Utilisateurs.
• Clique sur "Activer" ou "désactiver" le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs.
• Décoche la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur".
• Clique sur OK pour enregistrer la modification et redémarre ton PC lorsque cela t'est demandé.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharges le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )

A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.
Double-clique sur l'icône "Download_mbam-setup.exe" sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

Pendant l'installation, suis les indications n'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options "Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" et "Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" soit cochées.

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue.
La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :
Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.
MBAM analyse ton ordinateur.

L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.
Si des malwares sont détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
***EN CLIQUANT SUR SUPPRESSION(?)FAIT LE*** , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)
Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

faut pas installer norton
tu gardes antivir,il est bien meilleur

l'UAC est bien désactivé?
puis fais ceci stp

Télécharge ==>Combofix sUBs<==
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

**Désactive les logiciels de protection** (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :
deconnecte toi d'internet,ferme tout les programmes

Double-clique sur combofix,
il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider.
ne touche plus à rien, même pas ta souris!!

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

re bon je t'explique j'ai fait 2 fois combofix la 1 y ma suprimé 2 fichier et comme un con je n'ai pas enregistré le raport et je n'arive pa a le trouvé donc si tu sais dit moi alors je l'ai fait une autre fois et voici le raport

Note : Si, lors du téléchargement, ton Antivirus fais une alerte, ignore-là, un composant de Navilog1 est détecté par certains AntiVirus comme étant un Malware .
Ce n'en est nullement un !

* Choisis Enregistrer sous.... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
* Sous XP, double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
**Sous VISTA, fais un clic droit dessus et dans le menu contextuel choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Une fois l'installation terminée, fais un clic droit sur le raccourci Navilog1
présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

* Patiente jusqu'au message :
***Analyse Termine le.....***
* Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
* Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse.
Referme le bloc-note.

* Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque C:\ (fixnavi.txt)

Copie/colle le ici dans ta prochaine réponse stp.

re chimay dit moi j'ai fait 2 fois naviglog j'ai eu 2 message en disant que qgrep de recherche de chaine de caractere a céssé de fonctioné et sa a fermé donc j'ai recomencer et toujour pareil et la fenetre de navilog et redevenu toute bleu comment doi je faire stp

en tou cas depui qu'on a fait avec combofix tout va plus vite et mon pc travaille moins avant y fesait un bruit de fou et la on diré qui sors du magasin lol merci bocoup mintenant faut voir la suite

aussi tout autre question je sais tu va trouvé que j'abuse mais bon préfere quand meme demandé y a moyen d'eviter se genre de ver ? j'ai avira + malwerbytes + spybot je fait souvent les analyse et y m'ont rien trouvé (je ffait au 1 foi par semaine avec tous) me faut il autre chose ? en tou cas merci bocou pour ton aide et ta patience heureusement qui ya des bons merci t'est un chef

Télécharge OTCleanIT de Old Timer.

Cliquez sur le bouton "CleanUp!" .
Sélectionnez Oui lorsque la demande " processus de nettoyage?" s'affiche.

L'outil va se supprimer lui-même une fois la fin de l'opération.
Sinon supprime le manuellement.

Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

! déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
* vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage

Tente une désinfection avec Kaspersky IS, en essai libre pendant 30 jours (http://www.kaspersky.fr) si tu peux installer et lancer sinon fait le depuis un autre PC (un copain) en lui apportant ton disque dur.

Si tu peux donner les symptômes exacts, ce serai un plus.
Un spyware peut faire cela avec ton pc, kaspersky fait bien son job.

je crois que c'est un virus AUTORUN, il peut supprimer ce qu'il veut...tu dois telecharger des logiciels forts et complets comme NOD32 ou KASPERSKY 2009 ou NORTON 2009. Voici le site: www.vertor.com
