Hello davidpellerin,
In principle, you cannot burn only DVD-Video onto two DVDs.
If it is something else like a game, it is generally not possible; you need to use discs that have a larger storage capacity. Indeed, all the data is important, and therefore to launch the game, it needs to be on a single disc.
Also, look into tools like Xtremsplit or Winrar and the like that can probably allow you to burn onto two DVDs, but you will have to reassemble the entire program to be able to run it on your computer.
If this solution does not suit you, I don't think they will tell you how to do it on CCM as the topic is sensitive.
Best regards

Isn't it possible to split the ISO into 2 and then during the installation the computer will ask to insert CD 2? Certain games are like that.

"Some commercial games that you buy are like that: yes
The subject is sensitive, I've already told you: http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 6585 why ccm does not help with digital counterfeiting of software
I'm not saying it's your case, but since it's impossible to know, you won't receive help on CCM, in my opinion!
End of discussion and goodbye
