Mot de passe sur desinstallation d'un antivir

J'ai une autre solution si tu veux.

Utilise ceci :

ça ne marche pas une autre idée ??

L'utilitaire que tu m'as donné m'a demandé de desinstaller l'antivirus à partir du panneau de configuration.
J'aimerai bien entendre l'autre idée !

--> Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

--> Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.
(Sous Vista, il faut cliquer droit sur RSIT.exe et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

--> Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

--> Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

--> Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

il me demande de le désinstaller à l'aide de l'outil Ajout/Suppression pour que norton removal tools puissent fonctionner.
Et en essayant de le désinsaller avec Ajout/Suppression il me demande le mmot de passe de désinsallation.

non cet antivirus je l'ai eu quand j'étais en stage en société ils me l'ont donné pour la periode du stage et pour le désinstalled il fallait passer les voir pour qu'ils me mettent le mot de passe, je veux le désinstaller parsque la mise à jour se fait en se connectant sur leur serveur à parir de leur reseau local. Maintenant que j'ai terminé le stage et que j'ai oublié de passer les voir pour l'enlever et que je suis à plus de 5OO Km de chez eux je voudrai l'enlever et mettre mon propre antivirus mais ya ce fichu mot de passe qui bloque.
