Hello,
I can't give water to the guy who's thirsty in Pokémon Ruby...
(he's in Lilycove on the last floor of the mall)...
Please help me.

And also, how do I catch Latios? He moves all over the place and flees right away. I tried the Honorable Ball but it didn't work, what should I do?!

    No, you shouldn't have bought 99 water. It's useless. Sorry, maybe we should proceed differently. It's been a long time since I played this version. But in Emerald, there's the same problem and when you give it water, it works. Maybe lemonade?
