slt suit les instruction si dessous :
1/ télécharge et installe CCleaner la
2/ télécharge et installe Tune up la
3/ télécharge et installe the Cleaner ici
4/ supprime les fichier Temp en faisant executer===>%temp%...... et tu supprime tout !!!

Colombo38, tes logiciels sont certes pratiques mais inutiles face à des virus.
De plus ils peuvent être dangereux si ceux ci sont mal paramétrer.

Ensuite Platform: Windows XP SP1 (WinNT 5.01.2600) vcersion pas à jour il a du taff ....

Quel est votre logiciel Anti virus? Est il en version achetée ou en license d'évaluation?

Premièrement cela ne m'étonne pas qu'il chope des virus car deux anti virus s'annulent. De plus ni avast ni norton ne peuvent être considéré comme des anti virus.
Pour commencer achetez un vrai anti virus comme BITDEFENDER total sécurity puis désinstaller Norton. Ensuite recontactez moi

-Symantec Norton 2004, qui n'est pas updaté depuis ....
- et j'ai installé Avast mercredi.
C'est pour ça qu'il y a 2 antivirus. J'ai essayé de désinstaller Symantec avant d'installer Avast, mais impossible...Il demande un mot de passe (symantec par défaut) et c'est pas ça.
Comment faire à ce moment là pour désinstaller Symantec??

Dans un premier temps télécharger l'outil de désinstallation de Norton disponible à cette adresse:http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/INTER/tsgeninfointl.nsf/fr_docid/20050414110429924
Enregistrer le fichier sur votre bureau puis lancez le.
Une fois cet utilitaire terminé, redémarrez votre ordinateur.
Ensuite téléchargez et installez CCleaner, puis lancez le nettoyage.
Une fois terminé, il ne vous reste plus qu'a vous mettre e quête d'un anti virus.
Si vous des difficultées cotactez moi par MP car j'ai d'autres possibilités

Mais l'appli me demande de supprimer avec "Ajout/Suppression de programme" pour que NRT puisse fonctionner.
Donc je vais dans "Ajout/Suppression de programme", et je fais supprimer. Windows Installer commence puisse j'ai cette fenêtre qui s'ouvre "Impossible d'accéder au service Windows Installer. Ceci peut se produire si vous executez Windows en mode sans échec. Contacter votre support technique pour assistance". Du coup impossible de supprimer Symantec.
Je ne comprends pas bien, car je n'ai pas démarrer Windows en mode sans échec!?

D'après ce que vous dites vus avez un problème sous jacent dont je connais pas la cause. Pour vous aider, il faudrait que j'ai le PC devant les yeux. Il existe un moyen de faire ca mais nécessite votre accord.
Si vous êtes prêt a essayer la méthode, contactez moi par MP et je vous communiquerais mon MSN pour qu'on en discute plus précisement
