Delete key on keyboard is not working anymore

Hello,
For the past few days, the backspace key located above the Enter key has stopped working. The Enter key isn't working either, by the way. To manage, I use the delete key on the numeric keypad to move back or delete a letter in all types of texts. But strangely, the cursor has to be placed behind the letter and not in front in order to delete. It's very annoying. What should I do? Thank you.

Same for me, Chantal. It’s not that there's a lack of willingness, but where is the "END" key, for goodness' sake!!! No key is labeled END on the keyboard.

Thank you, very useful :-D (also had an impact on the CTRL+C which wasn't working anymore)
