Bootable Vista DVD with Cyberlink Power2GO

Hello,
I don't know how to make a bootable DVD with Cyberlink Power2GO. I've looked everywhere without much luck. Do I just need to copy the boot file? Or is there something else I need to do? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
