Mon disque dur se rempli tt seul???

Bonjour a tous,

je voudrai tt d'abord preciser que je suis pas un veritable pro en ordi mais j'essaie de me débrouiller ....
j'ai un pcp acer aspire 7730zg vista pack1 familliale, hier je me suis aperçus que mon disque c (par default) se remplissait tt seul je l'ai nettoyer avec windows et gagner 18Go se matin il ne me reste plus que 7.5Go je ne sais vraiment pas se qui se passe help me please?!!

Ps: j'ai fait ccleaner, j'ai avira et spywar fighter
