I have 200 euros locked in Click2pay without ever having been able to play on Casino770.
Given the reputation of the site, I want to withdraw them, and despite all the steps taken over the past few months by email or phone, it's impossible!!!

Hi, that seems strange to me, I play occasionally on casino770 and I have never had any problems. They are known to be reliable. Casinoeuro is good too, it's a European casino and they process withdrawals quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours. I've never had an issue withdrawing my money... CASINO770 is illegal in France as it is not authorized by ARJEL... despite this prohibition, they continue to accept French players knowingly. They do not respect the law; do you really think they will respect the players?
Read their terms and conditions; I think that will be enough to make you flee. If not, check the numerous negative reviews about them (except, of course, the glowing reviews from casino forums that earn money from the site).

I deposited 200 euros on Click2pay to fund Casino770.
My balance on Casino770 has always remained at 0.00 euros.
I no longer want to play and to recover my money, I sent an email to info@Casino770.com, I called 08 05 10 12 75 (I left a message: no call back), 049 18 05 11 30 92 (which is supposedly in Germany, but the number is wrong, it's a private individual who is fed up!!!), and to the finance department at 01 72 70 30 35 (I leave a message, and no call back).
Thank you in advance if you have any idea on how to credit my account.

from what I understand, your issue does not come from casino770, but rather from Click2pay because Click2pay does not belong to Casino770 at all, so you need to make your complaint to Click2pay. -
