To get the key to Joliberge, you first need to have the mystery gift. To obtain it, go to Feli City, then head to Feli Tele. Go to the second floor and talk to the big man next to the lady. He will ask for your opinion about the TV, tell him everything is great. Then he will ask you to be more specific, say "Wi-Fi connection." After he finishes speaking, save and turn off your console. Turn it back on, and you will have the mystery gift.
P.S.: To receive the gift after you have it, you need to have a Wi-Fi connection; otherwise, you won't get anything.
