Error1 problem car radio Oxygen mp302

Hello,

I have an Oxygen mp-302 car radio, and I haven't had any issues for over 6 months. But for the past week, I couldn't listen to a CD (mp3 or audio) for more than an hour. Since yesterday, I can't listen to any CDs, it displays error1 and switches directly to radio mode.

Could someone tell me what might be causing this?

The device is no longer under warranty, so I would like to know if I can still do something about it.

    Hello,

    I think I found your problem!! But I have an Oxygene MP202 and it had the same issue, I pressed the reset button and, like magic, the error code 1 was gone!!

    So try it and let me know if it worked.

    Good evening. I have the same problem with the MP302 car radio, and after a reset, it still doesn't work. Have you found a solution? Thank you.

    same problem...
    And on top of that, the USB port isn't working anymore.
    I've had it for six months!
    Oxygen=ugh.

    Same problem with a MP 203, it displays "NO SERVO" for CD, SD, and USB. Only the radio works.
