Bonjour, depuis un certain temps je recoit un message qui apparait sur une petite fenêtre rouge en plin millieu de mon écrant avec un décompte de temps de 1minute. Ce msg n'est pas tt a fait régulier mais il apparaît instantanémen environ tte les heures et kan le temps s'écoule il ferme d'un seule coup toutes mes aplications et redémar automatiquement mon PC . Comme message c'est indiquer qu'il ia un problème avec le lanceur de processus serveur DCOM

Si ca ne passe pas par boite d'envoi, ca passera encore moins par mail, de plus, je prefere rester sur CCM pour aider que par mail.
Qu'est ce qui ne marche pas? Dans le lien que je t'ai donner, tu clic sur parcourir, tu retrouves ta photo et tu clic sur envoyer, tu attends un peu, tu clic droit sur l'adresse en bleu qui apparait, et copier l'adresse du lien, ensuite tu viens la coller dans la fenetre des messages ci dessous.

Ce n'est pas la fenetre qui est rouge, juste la croix d'avertissement, c'est pour ca que ca me semblait bizarre
*Télécharges Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

*Double-cliques sur RSIT.exe.
*Cliques sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
*Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
*Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).
*Les rapports se trouvent également dans: C:\rsit.

Tu fais un copier/coller dans la fenetre de messages ci dessous:
*Tu ouvres le premier rapport, (double clic ou clic droit, ouvrir avec bloc notes), dans la fenetre, clic sur Fichier, selectionner tout, tout devient bleu, reclic sur fichier et Copier, tu viens dans la fenetre des messages, fais clic droit et Coller.
*Tu fais pareil pour le second rapport et tu clic sur Ajouter.
