Attention internet users!!! Please, I beg you, where can I watch the episodes of Nana online SEASON 2 in French or with French subtitles (from episode 48)
Thank you in advance for your answers & if you could add the links in your responses that would be super nice
because I am desperate to not be able to see the continuation sniff!!!! =(

Unfortunately, there is no season 2!

(or maybe there is, hahahahahahaha) No, come on, let’s stop. I’ve been searching for months on the internet for "Nana season 2" and what do I find? Forums dating back to 2010 -.-' . So, having had enough of these forums, I’m writing on this one! If there really was a second season, I think I would have found it. I’ve been on ALL the streaming sites and NOTHING. So maybe we should stop dreaming and move on to another series? Or send a letter to I don’t know who in Japan to ask for a sequel? In any case, there probably won’t be one, and I’m not going to waste my time searching the internet when it’s a lost cause!
I will come back to this forum to see if anyone has found this second season, but personally, I’m sure I will be waiting forever!

With all my hate towards the producers of Nana who don’t give us a sequel!

Hi fandenana, um I think there isn’t a season 2 of NANA because I’ve seen the manga 3 times I think! But there’s a movie part 1 and part 2... I don’t know if I was able to help you but that’s what I know... =)

I think there will be a second season because it continues in the book, so I think!! I hope so in any case.

The series is on hold for now because the author Ai Yazawa is seriously ill. Her return was expected at the end of 2010, apparently not. A journalist interviewed her upon her release from the hospital; she looked drawn but said she is feeling better. However, she has picked up her pencils for Nana illustrations for the end of the year celebrations, so a return soon is possible. Wishing Yazawa a speedy recovery, and I hope I have clarified the Nana mystery. See you later!

So, to your question, no, the manga is not finished, volume 21 has been released in Japan and will be released in France on October 14 of this year!
Online, in France and Japan, we are at chapter 84, and we are all eagerly waiting for chapter 85, which will be written when Ai Yazawa feels better!
No date has been set, we only know that it will be in September :/

There is no season 2, after episode 48 (or 50 with Junko's play) the series was licensed!

Apparently, you don't know much about Nana? There are two movies! Have you ever read the manga?

Well, personally, I've watched all the animes on wat & dailymotion...
But everywhere it says there's a 49th and 50th episode (the ones also called movies), but I've looked everywhere and I can't find them... (not even on emule --')
Otherwise, I'm trying not to read too many mangas (I'm pretty broke XD)

Hi there!

Kaze (I believe) licensed the series before it ended! Episodes 48 to 50 are "Junko's Piece," but I don't know if they were aired, I think I haven't seen them.

As for the books, they are definitely worth it! Otherwise, check the scans online ;)

Well, actually, I don't think Junko's play has been aired on TV (if it had, we would know) but it must be either online (if we're lucky) or just in scans T____T
I think I'm going to follow your advice and buy the mangas (at least my favorites x] )
However, I have a question o.o
Are other mangas still coming out in Japan (I think) so is the series finished or not?
Well, I think I'm going to continue my search on the net... (the only problem is that since the series is a bit old, there isn’t really any news -.-) :)

La série est diffusée en ce moment sur MCM, mais ils sont déjà presque à la fin. En ce qui concerne le film, j'ai vu les deux parties, mais je ne peux en aucun cas comparer le manga et le film. Il m'a un peu déçu étant donné que certaines scènes du manga n'ont pas été adaptées dans le film. Même la petite Misato a été oubliée !!! Bref, je recherche désespérément la saison 2 en manga et je sais qu'il y en a une, étant donné qu'ils ont fait une bande-annonce de quelques secondes sur la deuxième saison.

Hi, I looked on Wikipedia and it says that the DVDs stop at volume 12 of the series and there are 21 volumes, but I don't believe a second season is in progress.

I want to inform everyone who thinks there won't be a season 2 that they are wrong because: The anime was broadcast on the cable channel Fille TV, and when season 1 ended, there was a trailer for season 2 on that very channel. Unfortunately for me, I changed my service provider, so I no longer had that channel, which means I couldn't watch season 2, and it's impossible to find it online except by reading the scans or buying the manga. That's it =) =)

The end of the anime corresponds roughly to volume 12 of the manga, while the manga is stopped at volume 22. Believe me, there are a lot of things that happen in the manga, very important events that shouldn’t be missed. sakura547 is right, read the manga; unfortunately, you will be ten times more frustrated because the manga ends on an unbearable cliffhanger!!!!

I'm going to respond clearly. There will not be a season 2 or a next volume.
Ai Yasawa has been out of the hospital for a little while now. But she hasn't picked up her pen in quite a few years!

I think the manga and the anime Nana will never have a sequel. If you want to follow the continuation of the Nana anime, read the manga. You can find it on a website or download it.

Light spoiler: The ending is terrible. I believe this manga is the one that has given me the most emotion. The ending is so sad... Why would you want to end a manga this way...? T-T

Hello,
actually I read online that the series could resume this year or next year (2013/2014) because the author has somewhat recovered, but there has been no official announcement regarding the return of Nana.
I would also love for it to "start again" as an anime. Honestly, I've never been so hooked on a manga. It would be such a shame if there was no season 2. Well, we'll see...

Hello everyone, yes there will be a sequel finished in 2017 and it could very well be a US film as the company that bought Death Note has confirmed they will acquire the rights from the authors to make a film for Nana and Death Note and Akira, by the way they already promised their film that is coming out, Ghost in the Shell.

A friend told me that the sequel is not coming out because the author is sick, I don’t know.
