Personally, I just watched the manga and I love it right away. I watched it all in two days.
I really love Nobu, he is super endearing and really cute. He's in a relationship with Nana, aka Hachi.
I think she will get back together with him because in episode 47, we see in the bathroom that he grabs her hand even though she has a wedding ring, and she doesn’t talk about Takumi.

Hi, I don't like Takumi either. He always wants to control everything, and Hachi always submits, which I find sad. No, I don't think Hachi will go back to Nobuo even though Takumi cheated on her with Reira. Besides, we don't know if she knows; only Ren knew, and he is dead, so maybe Hachi will never find out. Moreover, in the future flashbacks during the conversation between Hachi and Junko, Hachi clearly states that she has no intention of divorcing Takumi, affirming that there are more reasons to stay than to divorce.
