Proofing tools for Word should do the trick, if you have word that is.

With Microsoft Word you've a good spell checker but only for the orthographi and grammar, not for conjugation.

True that sometimes it doesn't make the difference btw a futur and a conditional. I'll look around and tell you if I find a good one.
