Bonjour,
j'ai le même problème [que certain] sur l'ordinateur d'un ami:
ld8.exe.
Je ne sais pas comment il a chopé cela; je n'arrive pas à le supprimer en "mode sans échec", ni avec SmitFraudFix ni avec MalwareByte Antimalware.
Impossible de démarrer l'ordinateur normalement, il reboote tout seul au bout de 15 sec.
Pas de fichier systems32 atteint.
pas non plus dans les fichiers processus en cours.
Après chaque nettoyage, lorsque je reboote manuellement et toujours en mode sans échec (seul mode où il ne reboote pas tout seul), le fichier réapparait automatiquement.
Cela fait 1h30 que je suis dessus, je commence sérieusement à m'énerver.
Qui peut m'aider svp.

Si êtes sous Vista désactivez l'UAC
Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs sur ton bureau
/!\ Outil très puissant,sachez qu'une mauvaise utilisation du programme pourrait entraîner des problèmes dans le fonctionnement normal de votre ordinateur /!\
AVANT d'utiliser ComboFix :
▶ /!\ Déconnecte ton PC d'Internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. /!\
▶ (!) Désactive provisoirement (et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix), la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares et de TOUT tes logiciels de protection (!).
▶ Double clique sur Combofix.exe afin de le lancer (Sous Vista: Clique droit et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")
▶ Appuies sur la touche 1, pour que le programme commence à s'exécuter et suit les instructions à l'écran
▶ Si il te demande d'installer la console de récupération, Accepte.
/!\ Ne touche a rien pendant le scan /!\
▶ Si il te demande de redémarrer , accepte
▶ Après le redémarrage du PC, un rapport s'ouvrira dans le Bloc notes en fin d'analyse, copie et colle le dans ton a ta prochaine réponse
(Le fichier rapport Combofix.txt , est ensuite automatiquement sauvegardé dans C:\Combofix.txt)

Tu noteras que la console de récupération windows n'est pas installé (ou activé, je ne sais pas trop là). C'est vrai que le systême de restauration de windows n'est pas desactivé (à cause des rebootages intempestifs du tout début, j'avais désactivé le truc).

Redémarre en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau.
Ensuite:
Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
* Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
* Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
Note : Les deux rapports sont également sauvegardés %SystemDrive%\rsit ou C:\Rsit

▶ Télécharge UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29
▶ Tutoriel d'installation
▶ Tutoriel recherche
▶ Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut
▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés (!) sans les ouvrir (!)
▶ Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau
▶ Choisis l'option 1 (recherche)
▶ Laisse travailler l'outil
▶ Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra
Notes :
1- le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
2- Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides
3- "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

De plus, je doute sur quelque fichiers.
---> Sous XP: Double-clique sur OTM.exe afin de le lancer.
Sous Vista: fais un clic droit sur OTM et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

Copie ce qui suit et colles le dans l'espace pour la recherche ( ou clique sur "parcourir" et va jusqu'au fichier demandé ) :

Clique sur Send File ( = " Envoyer le fichier " ).
Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.
Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.
Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.
Copie le dans ta prochaine réponse ...
( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )

J'ai regardé la taille des 2 fichiers que tu m'as demandé d'analyser, et en apparence, ils font bien 0ko.
Si cela ne te parait pas normal, p-e est-ce par ce que suis pas en mode sans échec.

Ton rapport est bon .
Virer Avast! pour antivir:
▶ Vas au menu "ajouter ou supprimer des programmes"
Cherche le nom d'Avast et clic sur supprimer
Ensuite
▶ Télécharge le désinstallateur d'avast sur ton bureau
▶ Exécute-le afin de supprimer les traces d'Avast.
Ensuite
Télécharge CCleaner :
▶ Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
▶ Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.
▶ Lance CCleaner en double-cliquant sur son raccourci sur le bureau.
▶ Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
▶ Clique sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
▶ Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
▶ Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage
▶ clique sur registre cherche et repare les erreurs effectue trois fois la manip pour que se sois efficace !
Ensuite:
▶ Télécharge AntiVir en français sur ton bureau
Tutoriel d'installation ICI
Fais la mise a jour et configure antivir de cette façon puis redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela:
* Redémarre ton ordinateur
* Après le petit "bip" durant la phase de démarrage de Windows (avant la fenêtre de chargement), tapote la touche F8 jusqu'à à l'apparition du menu d'options avancées.
* choisis l'option "Démarrer Windows en mode sans échec" puis appuie sur [entré]
Ensuite:
Lance antivir en mode sans échec, fais un scan complet de ton ordi, a la fin, clic sur rapport , puis sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.
Ensuite:
Redémarre en mode normal, et poste le rapport d'antivir que tu as sauvegardé sur ton bureau a ta prochaine réponse

Bon, voici le rapport d'antivir en mode sans echec.
Par contre, avant de le poster, y'a une fenetre qui s'est ouverte automatiquement disant qu'un prog. ou virus indésirable a été trouvé: C:\Program Jiles\Live-Player\uninst.exe... contien le modèle de détection du program SPR/Agent.BACR. Et je ne sais pas quelle action faire.

Fais ceci S.T.P:
Télécharge Navilog1
▶ Ensuite double clique sur Navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation
.
▶ Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
▶ Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
▶ Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
▶ Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc notes va s'ouvrir.
▶ Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le bloc notes
NOTE: Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)
Nettoyage:
Double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau.
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(Si ton PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
▶ Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
▶ Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau de manière à le retrouver.
▶ Referme le Bloc-notes. Ton Bureau va réapparaître
PS : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.

Pour antivir,le rapport montre que tu n'as rien supprimé.
Nettoyage avec navilog1 :
Double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau.
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(Si ton PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
▶ Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
▶ Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau de manière à le retrouver.
▶ Referme le Bloc-notes. Ton Bureau va réapparaître
PS : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.

Cela va relancer Combofix,
Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un nouveau log RSIT pour l'analyse...

Euh...je ne sais pas si cela a fonctionné.
J'ai bien enregistré dans un .txt tes lignes de code, bien fait un glisser, ca a bien lancé ComboFix, mais à partir de là, plus la même chose:
- pas de fenêtre bleu apparaissant avec le choix 1 ou 2;
- pas de redémarrage ni de disparition à plusieurs reprises.
Cela a fait comme si je lancais ComboFix normalement.
Je suis confus et ne sait pas pourquoi cela n'a pas fonctionné comme tu le précisais dans ton last post.
Bien que je ne sache pas si cela est utile, je te poste quand mm le log. de ComboFix

Si vous êtes sous Vista Désactivez l'UAC
Télécharge OTM (Old Timer) sur ton bureau:
---> Sous XP: Double-clique sur OTM.exe afin de le lancer.
Sous Vista: fais un clic droit sur OTM et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

Mais merci pour ta remarque; je ne suis plus inquiet depuis que l'ordi ne reboote plus tout seul. Mais c'est toujours mieux de faire un nettoyage à 100%

Mets a jour antivir, tu fait un scan complet et supprime ce qu'il trouve, et poste le rapport a la fin.

Pardon de répondre aussi tard, je pensais que tu n'avais pas répondu à mon dernier post et j'attendais ta réponse.
J'ai malheureusement rendu son portable à mon beau-frère.
Mécaniquement, j'avais refait une analyse (après mise à jour, naturellement) en mode "sans échec" et en "mode normal"; il n'a trouvé qu'un "avertissement", et de mémoire, je crois bien que c'est un fichier "systfiles" qu'il ne pouvait pas ouvrir.
Je peux essayer de le récupérer pour ce week end et refaire une analyse complète dessus pour te poster le résultat?
Mais déjà, je tiens à te remercier pour m'avoir évité de lui reformater et lui avoir sauver ses données.
Sachant que l'intutilé de ce topic est "ld08.exe" et que tu l'as éradiqué (tu confirmes?), je pense que je peux mettre un résolu à cette affaire. Enfin, j'attends feux vert et sinon j'attendrai de le récupérer et que nous finissions de lui faire un nettoyage tip top!
