Bonjour,
J'ai un problème, non résolu à la lecture d'autres forums:
- La Webcam est mon notebook une Motion Eye / Sony Visual Communication Camera
- Lorsque je veux utiliser la video sur Skype, le logiciel Skype se ferme immédiatement
- Lorsque je veux régler les paramètres video sur Skype, je peux voir que j'ai le choix entre
- Bluetooh Video
- Sony Visual Communication Camera
- l'option " Bluetooth Video" est choisie, et je ne peux pas la changer, car le logiciel Skype se ferme immédiatement
Je voudrais supprimer l'option " Bluetooth video", qui me semble être à l'origine du problème. Je n'ai aucune idée sur son origine et aucun matériel video bluetooth n'est enregistré.

Voici la solution :
renommer le fichier C:\windows\system32\BtwVdpCapFilter1.dll en n'importe quoi.

it involves a file called BtwVdpCapFilter.dll (it is a bluetooth profile that
essentially allows people to share their webcam across bluetooth BUT no one
uses this) and it is what is crashing when you access the webcam thru
IE/Firefox/Opera.
So go to C:\windows\system32 and rename it to anything for example
BtwVdpCapFilter1.dll and everything should be fine. Sony said they will be
releasing a patch for this.
