USSDC : ESME inaccessible

Hello,

I am currently with Orange, and I apparently have a little problem, the #123# displays: USSDC: ESME unreachable. Thinking it was from my end, I searched but found no answer.
And then I asked my girlfriend at Orange too... her phone shows USSDC: no reply from ESME.
She has a Samsung U 600 and I have a SE W595s... so no relation to the phones...

I am eagerly waiting for a response... thank you :) !
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.10

    Hey, I'm also interning, I'm working on USSD (creating applications with j2me). I don't know if it's the same for you, but the error is not from the mobile but from the program.
