plus de son qui sort de mon pc

Bonjour,


-vraiment j'ai un truc bizarre depuis un certain temp j'ai plus de son qui sort de mon pc pourquoi ??? aucune idée
et tout semble bien configurer au niveau du son (je test le demarage de son dans l'onglet son mais j'entend rien de tout
ce que j'ai essayé de faire :

1/désinstaller les pilotes de son  puis reboot de pc  rien ne se passe
2/débrancher tout les périph de mon enseinte et rebrancher reboot de pc  rien ne se passe
3/brancher un casque en usb j'entend rien
4/restaurer mon pc ben il ve pas se restaurer
5/reinstaller ma carte son rien ne se passe
6/scanner tout mon pc et desinfecter de tout les virus reboot rien ne se passe

RQ: ce que je doute c'est que je pense que depuis que j'ai installer un logiciel qui nettoie le base de registre il s'appelle registry booster je crois que c'est lui le coupable enfin svp aider moi car je pense pas que le formatage va resoudre le probleme

Télécharges RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau ici : 

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau 
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre 
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence 
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse . 

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

Branches tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir 

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau . 

# Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ) # Laisse travailler l'outil. 

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra. 

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt ) 


# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Branches tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Telecharges malwarebytes + tutoriel :  

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/ 

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour) 
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher".  
Laisses le scanner le pc... 
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\ 

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe 
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...". 
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui" 

---> Mets-le en langue française F 
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\ 

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire. 

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu 

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\ 

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

en fait j'ai toujours les mêmes symptomes je crois que je dois le formater

Fais ceci avant
Avec OTM

---> Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer. 

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant en gras ci-dessous : 

:processes 
explorer.exe 

:files 
 C:\WINDOWS\PEV.exe 



:commands 
[purity] 
[emptytemp] 
[start explorer] 

---> Colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précédemment copié dans le cadre Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved. 

---> Clique maintenant sur le bouton MoveIt! puis ferme OTMoveIt3. 

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. 
Accepte en cliquant sur YES. 

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\ 
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log
