Bonjour,
En ouvrant un fichier telecharge, j'ai eu un signal de virus par Avast qui ne pouvait pas le mettre en quarantaine et depuis une fenetre "signalisation de probleme a microsoft" apparait toutes les 30 secondes il est dit:SubsSearch.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer
Au lancement de windows, j'ai un message d'impossibilite de trouver pctstray.exe et de reinstaller pctools components
Que puis-je faire?

J'ai installe k-lite, desinstalle spyware doctor et depuis, pas de probleme..

Fais une analyse avec :

Ensuite installes a-squared Free, Spybot - Search & Destroy, et Hijackthis et tu postes le rapport.

Après l’ouverture d’un fichier (exe) téléchargé, j’avais sans cesse le message suivant : SubsSearch a rencontré un problème et doit fermer...
Après plusieurs recherche sur google sans sucés, je souhaitais faire partager la résolutions de mon problème SubsSearch.
J'ai téléchargé le logiciel de scan " a-squared Anti-Malware 4.5" (30 jours d'essai gratuit. voici le lien: https://www.emsisoft.com/fr/
Ensuite il y plus qu'a faire un scan " intelligent ". Très long mais efficace. Attention le scan peut détecter quelques logiciels installé par vos soins en tans que virus, il vous suffit de les décochers avant de mettre Subssearch en quarantaine.
J’espère avoir trouvé les bons mots pour expliquer comment résoudre ce problème car je n’ai pas de grande connaissance en informatique. Bon courage !!!
