IF and OR functions in Open Office Calc

Hello,

I wanted to create a condition but I'm having trouble.
I wanted to set if A4 is less than 50 then C4 equals 4 or if 50<A4<70 C4= 5 otherwise C4= 6

In short, if A4 = 30 then C4 = 4
A4=2.5 then C4 = 4
A4= 50.5 then C4= 5
A4 = 1000000 then C4 = 6
