PTT 298 cable and RJ45

Hello,

I would like to know the difference between the PTT 298 cable and the RJ 45 cable?

I am building and for distributing my network (between computers, internet, and phone), I would like to know which one to choose.
I think that the RJ45 will do everything and that the PTT 298 might be less efficient.

    THE RJ 45 CABLE DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING
    IF YOUR NETWORK HAS DATA AND IMAGE, YOU NEED A GRADE 3 CABLE
    CAT 5e. BUT ALSO A VDI CABINET AROUND 1000 € AUTOMATICALLY.

    OK, thanks, so if I understood correctly, the PTT298 is originally intended for the telephone. It is still okay for an entire network, but less efficient than RJ45.
    The RJ does everything (phone, internet, ...).
