Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec mon accès aux propriétés des .exe; mon explorer plante dès que je fais clique droit sur le fichier. Je voudrais savoir si certains savent quoi faire, ou alors si il y a un autre moyen pour accèder aux propriétés des applications ?

Quelle erreur te renvoit ton explorateur Windows lorsque tu fais clic droit sur un exe?

Windows explorer plante et me met le message "windows explorer a cesser de fonctionner...", et ensuite mes dossiers qui été ouverts sont fermé.

OK, il y a une tite infection (qmksmou.exe). On va essayer de s'en débarrasser. Installe et exécute MBAM en suivant les instructions ici: http://www.infos-du-net.com/forum/278396-11-tuto-malwarebytes-anti-malware-mbam
A la fin du scan, choisis de supprimer ce qu'il te trouve et poste un log.

Ok, je fais un scan complet et quand il sera fini, je te dis quoi! mais je pense que ca va prendre pas mal de temps j'ai beaucoup de trucs sur le pc ^^

Ca marche. Si je me couche entre temps (chose qui n'est pas exclue), je reprendrai demain.
Sinon, deuxième chose à faire dès que tu peux: remplacer Avast! par un autre antivirus (Avira Antivir (gratuit), ou Kespersky ou Eset Nod 32 - les 2 derniers payants).
Par ici pour un nettoyeur d'Avast: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
3ème chose à faire: installer un pare-feu (si tu prends un antivirus payant, il y a des packages qui incluent un pare-feu et celui d'Eset est très bien en v3 uniquement). Sinon il y a Comodo. Une vraie usine à gaz pour la configuration mais réputé être le meilleur.
4ème chose: diverses améliorations de ce qui est lancé (inutilment) au démarrage au niveau des applis et des services. Mais c'est une longue histoire =)

Bon, OK. MBAM a trouvé une infection Vundo, reste à savoir si c'est tout. Peux-tu faire ceci, s'il te plaît:
1. rouvrir MBAM aller sur la quarantaine et tout virer
2. redémarrer
3. refaire un hijackthis et poster le log

OK, saleté toujours présente.
Avant de passer aux choses sérieuses, juste pour ma curiosité: est-ce que tu peux tuer le processus qmksmou.exe avec le gestionnaire des tâches? Si oui, fais-le, et par la suite vide les fichiers temporaires (ferme toutes les applis, tape dans l'explorateur Windows %TMP% et supprime tous les fichiers listés). Redémarre et reposte un hijackthis.
Si tu ne peux pas le tuer, on essaie ComboFix. Tuto ici, à suivre à la lettre: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/fr/comment-utiliser-combofix

J'ai résolu le problème!!
Et oui, j'en avais marre et j'ai donc formater mon pc et reinstaller un windows xp qui fonctionne très bien ^^
Vista c'est agréable, mais bon quand ca commence à merder c'est vraiment chiant. J'avais poster le problème dans 4 forums différents et personne n'a su trouver de quoi il s'agissait.
