Bonjour,
j'ai un gros soucie avec mon ordi et j'espere que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider merci d'avance
voici mon probleme
avira antivirus me détéct HTML/Agent.OV mais n'arrive pas a le supprimer il revient tout le temps !
les recherches sur google sont impossible et tres tres tres lente ! je me suis rabatu sur yahoo !
mon ordi ram enormement !
de temps en temps je clique sur un lien qui m'interesse et je suis rediriger vers des sites qui ne m'interesse pas ou encore une page qui me propose de telecharger un antivirus et de faire une analyse en ligne !
j'ai telecharger malwarebytes anti malware et j'ai fais un scan sa a durée 11 heure
j'ai telecharger spybot et j'ai fais un scan aussi et j'ai netoyer
j'ai aussi utiliser c cleaner et tout bien netoyer .

Relances navilog et cette fois-ci choisis l'option 2 puis repostes le rapport .
Pour malwarebyte's : no action taken donc tu vas relancer malwarebyte's et bien vérifier à la fin de l'analyse que toutes les cases sont cochées puis click sur supprimer

ok je vai supprimer tous ce qu'il ya en quarantaine et re installer hijakthis .
j'ai un nouveau soucie plus de connection internet apres avoir mit en quarantaine les malwares
je suis donc perdu !
msn messenger marche mais rien d'autre !
je suis obliger d'aller dans un cyber cafe pour me connecter ....

On va contrôler si tes paramètres de configuration sont correctes donc fait déjà ceci :
vas sur démarrer > tous les programmes > accessoires > invite de commande et dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tu tapes ipconfig /all et dis moi si tu as une ligne "Serveurs DNS " avec les DNS de ton FAI d'affichés
