Formater un disque sous linux

j'ai récupéré un DD 2,5 avec linux. Je souhaite l'utiliser avec un boitier mobil USB sous Windows.
Cela ne marche pas et c'est normal.
Comment faire pour formater ce DD afin de le rendre lisible sur Windows.

    Tu mets ton cd windows tu install , puis supprime partition (S) ,
    puis creer partition (C).

    Precision , tu choisit install , (tu install rien en fait)
