telecharge la içi et installe la tu a un tuto comment l'installer

et puis j'ai vu ce topic http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 8945336 photos win 32 non valide sur le meme probleme que moi mais la solution ne s'applique qu'à un seul utilisateur

et la on va essayer de voir pour ton problème

● Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.
● Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
● Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
● Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
● Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports
( log.txt & info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

oui je peux ouvrir mes images a partir de ce logiciel ^^
et puis je peux seulement ouvrir des images sur photofiltre par exemple, que à partir de Xnview mais pas en ouvrant directement photofiltre

tu clic sur le lien de virustotal et la tu fera parcourir et tu suis le chemin pour arriver au fichier
