Fichier dll manquant au démarrage sur vista

Bonjour,j'ai un petit problême au démarrage de vista:
un message me dit que le fichier c:windows\system32\ljJAQKde.dll est manquant oû puis je trouver ce fichier svp
Merci d'avance

    C'est un restant d'infections.

    Merci d'engager une procédure de désinfection dans le forum adapté.

    Bonjour lulutoyota51
    Ce n'est pas une DLL de windows, peut etre suite a une desinstallation d'un programme, fais deja un nettoyage avec CCleaner, il est preregle, tu le lances, fais analyse et nettoyage, ensuite registre et reparer les erreurs, fais la sauvegarde demandee. Refais le plusieurs fois pour qu'il ne trouve plus rien.

      Merci pour ta réponse nickel j'avais déja ccleaner mais n'aller pas dans registre c'est nickel.Merci
      par contre j'ai un autre soucis : je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour mon anti virus "trend micro anti virus" qui lui me dit que je n'ai pas de connection internet et réessayer dans 1 heure? et aussi la mise à jour de windows defender ,qui lui me sort erreur detectée : code 0x80244019.
      Je galère un peu car pas expert en informatique mais merci pour le 1 er problême .

        Bonjour, en fait ton problème c'est ton antivirus car j'ai eu le même probème "dll inexsistant,etc,etc" et si j'ai un conseil d'ami à te donner : prends Antivir (angais mais super bien) ou Avg antivirus car c'est les deux meilleurs et laise tomber le tien et crois moi car il ne fait pas le poids !.
        Quands tu auras désinstaller orrectement le tien , ton problèmedoit disparaitre tout seul. Amitié. jean pierre.

    Telecharges HijackThis sur le bureau, tu le lances, clic sur "do a scann system and save log file", a la fin, le bloc notes doit s'ouvrir, tu fais un copier/coller du rapport dans un prochain message ci dessous.

    Vas sur Virus total: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ et tu fais analyser ce fichier C0100Mon.exe qui est dans C:/ Windows, recupere le rapport et repostes le. Un tuto: https://kerio.probb.fr/t671-tutoriel-virustotal-multi-scans-anti-virus
