My keyboard was indeed in French in Word and everywhere except on my MSN (Windows Live Messenger). I was writing and suddenly my keyboard switched from French to English. I didn't understand why, but I suspected it was because I had made a wrong manipulation. While searching in this forum, I did try going to Control Panel / Regional Options / Languages / Details and then selecting "French", but my computer was already well configured and was already in French. It was just my MSN that was in English! So I tried your trick Alt + Shift and MIRACLE it worked! I must have made a wrong manipulation while typing on the keyboard!

Anyway, thank you so much! You are awesome! How did you find that keyboard shortcut??? You are really great, seriously! Congratulations! lol! :-)

Pour changer Google en anglais, suivez ces étapes :

1. Allez à la page d'accueil de Google.
2. En bas à droite de la page, cliquez sur "Paramètres" (ou "Settings" si déjà en anglais).
3. Sélectionnez "Langue" (ou "Language").
4. Choisissez "Anglais" (ou "English") dans la liste des langues disponibles.
5. Cliquez sur "Enregistrer" (ou "Save") pour appliquer les changements.

Hello,

I tried doing "Start + Control Panel + Regional Options + Languages + Details," but the dialog box is disabled, meaning there's nothing in Details, and the keyboard remains QWERTY instead of AZERTY.
Please, if you have a solution, help me.

To change the language of your Windows Live Messenger, you need to download the language file FR -->
msgslang.9.0.1407.1107.dll and place it in the same folder as Messenger.

Yes, to switch back to azerty, you need to press ALT + SHIFT.
I had the same issue, but only when I was writing messages in my hotmail inbox. My keyboard was set to qwerty for my emails and azerty for everything else. Strange, strange...
Anyway, I pressed ALT and SHIFT at the same time and the problem was fixed!

Hello, do you see the black bar at the bottom of your screen? On the right, it either says "EN" or "FR." Change it to the opposite of what you have!
