Bonjour,

Depuis 2jours j'ai un souci. En fait je n'arrive plus a accèder a ma boite mail.
En effet un cadenas apparaît dans la barre d'adresse lors du chargement ou il y a marqué : "Microsoft Corporation [US] Identifié par VeriSign". Il semblerait que c'est ce qui bloque l'accès a ma boite mail.

Quelqu'un saurait-ilrégler mon problème ? d'avance merci.

    Hello !
    Si le site n'est plus accessible par ton navigateur, tu peux contourner le problème :
    1) utilise LiveMail
    2) Configure le pour qu'il accède à ta boite mail.

    Poste un message si tu ne sais pas le configurer ou si ce n'est pas compatible ;-)

    A vrai dire il n'y a pas forcément que ce problème. (Je sais accèdé a ma boite avec LiveMAil et sa fonctionne). Mais là ce sont toutes mes pages internet qui sont ralentis, parfois qui se bloquent, je ne peu également pas accèder a mon profil sur Youtube.

    Ah ! désoler de l' incompréhension ^^
    Fait un ptit scan voir si tu n'a pas chopé un malware ou autre chose ^^
    Quel anti-virus as-tu ?

      J'utilise le parefeu windows en fait. Et j'ai scannr avec spybot sans résultat. Veux tu un scan Hijackthis ?

      Ah mon dieu jcrois avoir dénicherla bête x) j'ai remis mon spybot a joru des fois que et rescanne sa ma trouver sa :

      Sa a l'air de correspondre (fake security software c'est surement le Verisign en quetion), j'attend que spybot finis de scan et j'essaye de corriger je te tiens au courant^^

    Donc ça commence à s'expliquer Virtumonde agît sur la connexion internet
    Je cherche un moyen efficace de "éradiqué"

    Merci bcp Chinal^^ j'ai utilisé la méthode COmbofix de ton lien et le problème est totalement réglé, je peut voir ma boite mail et allé sur mon profil youtube :) spybot n'avait en fait pas supprimé le fichier infecté et combofix l'a fait.

    Encore merci de t'être penché sur mon problème^^
