bonjour, tu redémarres en mode sans echec et tu vas dans ton disque dur C dans le dossier windows et tu vides manuellement ton dossier temps tout simplement , et puis tu peux aussi uttiliser ccleaner pour nettoyer le pc

pour redémarrer en mode sans échec : /!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\

qu'est ce que le mode sans echec

(attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...)

.Cliques sur Démarrer

.Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage
.Appuis sur la touche F8 ou F5 celon les marques de pc sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît
.Utilises les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec
.puis appuis sur ENTRÉE
.Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre

bonjour, tu utilise quoi comme anti-virus car sur ton hijackthis tu as norton et mcAfee je pense d'après ce que j'ai trouvé sur internet que tu utilise mcAfee car il fais un faut positif avec la weeb cam Logitech et l'une des mise à jour logiciel la discution date mais il faudrait voir la version que tu as et faire la mise à jour cela pourrait peut être résoudre le problème http://translate.google.fr/...

je parle pas de la mise à jour de mcAfee mais du logiciel de la weebcam sinon pour désinstaller norton convenablement utilise l'outil spéciphique de chez symantec
