Hello everyone
a few ideas to attempt to unlock your touch mp5 (model pmp, onda)
reset on the side (press a thin object to reach it) then turn on the player again

factory reset
SETTINGS then in SYSTEM
then RESTORE SYSTEM a failure message will appear click YES (this will reset to factory settings)
then once the action is complete back arrow or M menu
then in the main menu (written in Asian characters) rounded cog icon of "SETTINGS" once in this menu SCROLL DOWN TO THE 5TH LINE you are in the languages menu
scroll down to your desired language
load different formats and then try

a formatting via your pc
format choose fat 32 click on
quick format then START

I have the same problem with my PMP MP5/Slide panel .....I had to
reset it for various reasons.........And since then, when I
turn it on, a completely white screen appears and it stays stuck like that.....I formatted it well, reset it again ............nothing works. The worst part is that I can still play
music (blindly, but...) and it works fine....

You see the off button below, there's like a weird thing, it's the locking feature. When it's up, it's unlocked, when it's down, it's locked.
